Architectural bureau SL Project founded by by Russian architect Alexey Nikolashina completed a modern apartment design in Moscow, Russia. Lacquer finishes set the tone for the apartment, making this home highly modern and a bit flashy. The living room is the core of the crib and hosts a generously-sized sofa, a small coffee table and an interesting TV, fireplace and bookcase unit. The lighting is insured by a tall, arched floor lamp and various cylindrical  pendant lamps which seem to descend from the ceiling. Lighting spots behind the bookcase add an interesting touch. The bar and kitchen area are connected to a small room, hosting only a friendly table for four. But the extravagant appearance of this apartment is tempered by fresh decorative elements, such as flower arrangements or pebble stone. Do you find this project cozy or a bit too “sparkly” ?
