Rafael Morgan’s “UnsTable” is a genial concept table is currently being prototyped in Europe at the Studio Mango but will be manufactured in Brazil by Rafael’s design company VIRA. This table gives the illusion of being a shaky table thanks to the clever use of movable blocks round a stable rod. However the in reality the table is pretty grounded and will not spill or topple anything. This is not the first product from Rafael Morgan that we conver on Freshome, last year we also presented to Hope Table and the Light Drop. - Via - Core77

The Light Drop by the Brazilian designer Rafael Morgan is the second project of this designer that I present on this blog, after last month I’ve presented you Hope Table. The interesting part of this innovative lighting design is : “Drop Light” is a lamp out of steel and silicone functioning by LED whose light intensity is controlled while turning the tap. Unfortunately these lamps are not to sell: they are only concepts suggested by the Brazilian designer Rafael Morgan, but the ideas suggested by him are very interesting.

The Hope Table was designed by Rafael Morgan, and is a message to all designers and a reminder to young designers that someday, someone will really get their message; that great ideas are everywhere, like messages in bottles waiting to be discovered. If I was the designer of this table I would name it “The Last Drop” because that’s a named that sounds better for this table, at least that’s what I think. - Via - Core77
