Blend is a vertical storage space from Karim Rashid’s first collection for Horm. Made of lacquered wood, the piece has a tremendous visual appeal to it and is certainly unique – no matter what you decide to call it. This piece of furniture is something that looks good, but there is one problem …you’ll have to spend a very long time to clean out the dust. Blend is available from gnr8 for $3,009.00.

Karim Rashid teamed up with Hollandia International and created the NV adjustable sleep system. Right now you can see only a rendering at this point, but the finished product will feature a high gloss finish, drawers for storage under the bed and in the headboard, the all essential iPod docking station and cabinet doors in the headboard which can swing out for impromptu side tables. – Via

Usually you can’t judge people for their tastes. Same goes for Karim Rashid’s loft that has an unique style. With curvy random shapes, lively colors and some interesting wall designs, the whole space has a revolutionary 90s design. Not sure how productive you’ll be with such an office or if you’ll be able to concentrate on your work (I know I’m experiencing difficulties just by looking) but it looks like a courageous attempt and your guests will certainly appreciate the colors.
