The new Leggera bathtub from Ceramica Flaminia is a really interesting design, that looks more like a bigger modern bathroom sink. The lightness of the design, and the thin surfaces of the bathtub allows for a sense of freedom from the usual boundaries. The outside and inside of the bathtub are less marked, melting into one another with a sensation of airy relaxation. A stainless steel shower pole pierces through the porcelain effortlessly, as if it were indeed cloth. The design of the Laggera bathtub is as I’ve said before really interesting, but I’m not sure that is to practical, and how comfortable you can stay in a bathtub like this. – Via – Trendir

“Sorgente” is a very beautiful bathtub by Lenci Design for Teuco. Highlighted by a seamless sunken profile and fitted with 8 Hydrosilence whirlpool jets, the tub’s function is super quiet to ensure a tranquil experience. In the Sorgente bathtub you can also enjoy the benefits of a control panel or remote control operation, plus underwater lighting, a magnetic headrest, and a pull-out shower with a flexible hose. We presented a few months ago a project by Antonio Lupi, the Boat-Shaped Bathtub, and today here is another interesting project named Biblio. Biblio by Antonio Lupi is a Corian Rectangular bathtub, complete with back rest and automatic drainage and combined bath spout and overflow, that incorporates a generous book-case for your bathroom reading. Personally I don’t think that keeping books in your bathroom is a good idea, but who knows maybe there are people who think this is useful. Now for those who love this idea, I think that this Clever Bath Organiser would be very useful for the Biblio Bathtub. The tub is made of resin, wood and it adorns a special price tag of approx. $17,300! – Via – Bornrich

The Boat-Shaped Bathtub also called Vascabarca is designed by Anne and Parick Poirier Antonio Lupi. This is a very unique design specially designed for those who want something interesting in their bathroom. Personally I would like to see this bathtub in the middle of a swimming pool. I’m sure that this would be a great. They’re only making 10 of these, each of them carved from a single monlithic block of stone, and they can be personalized with your name on the stern.
