Located in Alphaville, a residential district in the outskirts of São Paulo, this flawless family home spreading over 1.200 square meters and three floors is known as the Jaragua Residence. Asking for a home where the air could continuously flow, the owning young couple and their two children received a cozy and open home designed by architect Fernanda Marques.

Spacious living, cooking and dining spaces were left un-partitioned to ease air flow and convey a feeling of freedom. On the first floor, there are different spaces like the cozy fireplace room, media room and breakfast room, as well as the study, a cloakroom, guest toilet and help quarters.

Terraces on the second floor gather panoramic views from the inspiring scenic landscape, a mixture of natural and urban. Focusing on creating open spaces that flow one into another, architect Fernanda Marques imagined the family area upstairs, alongside 3 bedroom suites each with their own balcony. The first floor, where the garage, storage room and a small workshop are located, also opens to the deck and swimming pool.An inspiring family home photographed by Fernando Guerra | FG+SG, the Jaragua Residence mixes colors, textures and art in a flawless family home.
