Located in South Beach, San Francisco, USA, this contemporary loft discovered on Teedhaze comes with 2,200 square feet of live/work space and audacious brick and wood finishes. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, working areas and large outdoor areas. As you step inside, the feeling of space is overwhelming. This is due to the open plan, a dramatic ceiling height and generously-sized windows flooding the living zone in natural light. Despite the presence of several industrial design elements, the loft inspires warmth and comfort… all these at a large scale.
Suitable for modern family living, as well as for an unconventional office space, the project boasts several lounge corners for socializing. Each of these areas is individualized and visually “marked”. The two bedrooms are located upstairs and developed in the same style as the rest of the apartment. Exposed wood and brick were creatively mixed with glazing to create intimate and breezy interiors. One of the highlights of the loft is the outdoor terrace, where inhabitants can feel the pulse of the city. What are your thoughts regarding the interior design of this modern crib?
