Paco Camús shared another impressive project from his Private Collection with us (we featured an original wood and glass table design on Freshome by the same designer). Showcasing an intricate geometry, this elegant chair design is able to enhance a modern interior instantly. Its shape was inspired by natural curves and is interesting to observe from more than one standpoint.

This seating item forms a logical process of distribution of matter at strategic points. It is thin, but thick where the pieces are assembled. It is round where the hands are placed to have a nice touch and wide where you rest the elbows for added comfort. For a perfect ergonomic back, a subtle curving can be observed when it comes to this elegant chair design. Cattail fibers have been used to achieve natural elasticity in the seat, but also have a powerful aesthetic role. The result is so “logical” that it is similar to the bones of a skeleton- once again nature shows us the way. [Photos and information provided via e-mail by Paco Camús]
