This 300 square meter house envisioned by Roland Stanczyk is located in a gated community 20 kilometers away from the center of Warsaw, Poland. Interior space division was rearranged in cooperation with design studio APA Kury?owicz before the house was built. Ground floor creates one open space. Entrance hall is separated from the living room by a glass wall. Tall windows and high space above the living room had a decisive influence on the character of the interior of the first storey. All the furniture finished in colored oak were designed especially for this space.
Two huge axolight chandeliers situated under the sloping roof bring personality. Very high fireplace made of grey granite fills the narrow space between the windows. Dark leather sofas contrast with the oak floors. Combination of Corian tops and glass fronts of cupboards create modern kitchen space with a lot of light getting through the windows. The toilet is finished in red travertine and colored oak. All the finishing materials which were used on the first storey are also used on the second There are two home cinema areas, the first one in the living room and the second in the master bedroom. A wooden oak staircase leads to the adapted attic, which helped increase the area of ??the house with additional 80 square meters.
