I really like that a lot of these doors take advantage of the color possibilities. I hate seeing so many plain brown or black doors when other colors would look better. I think a front door should make a statement about the home.

Front doors are very important on a home because that is someones first impression of your home. I want to paint my front door and make improve it to make it something worth remembering. I was thinking of painting it a light blue color and then finding a cute big wreath or letter to put on it. I hope that I will be able to get this project done before summer comes. Thanks for all the great ideas in this article, they were all really inspiring and such great, fun ideas.

I am absolutely in love with a teal or turquoise style door, but it would have to have a bit more of a weathered look thanthe one in the picture does. It would compliment a red brick exterior with deep brown accents, I’ll have to save this for later :)
