A weekend retreat like this next one can be considered a dream come true. Named the SJC House, the vacation home on the shore of Lake Chapala in San Juan Cosala, Jalisco, Mexico is a fabulous contemporary home that overlooks the largest freshwater Mexican lake. Designed by Ricardo Agraz, the splendid vacation residence covers 550 square meters on a 2,200 square meter property – perfect size for a fantastic vacation with family and friends. The vacation retreat on the edge of the lake got its name from the location: San Juan Cosala – SJC Residence. The rest was done by the architect – a contemporary architecture that differentiates itself from the neighbouring homes. Hidden from the street by a white fence, the vacation home is connected to the road by a front yard, but the entertaining and relaxation takes place in the backyard, where a large terrace along the construction with an integrated pool awaits family and guests. The green lawn leads down to a dock and the view of the lake and landscape steals your heart. The living and dining rooms continue out to the terrace, allowing the family to enjoy the interconnectivity between inside and outside.
