Diverse & Contemporary Reader’s Home in the Czech Republic

We recently received an interesting looking modern home from David Hořava, one of our readers. This project is located in the outskirts of Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic and faces a beautiful natural park. The structure of the residence is as follows: on the first floor there is a living room with kitchen and terrace, a utility room,  bathroom and dressing room for the pool. The second level hosts two bedrooms, a study room, a bathroom and a terrace of 100 square meters. We really like the outdoor terraces, as they are extremely spacious and have plenty of socializing potential. Colorful patio furniture cheer up the atmosphere and make it even more inviting. David says the total costs for building this residence were 430 000 Euros. Seems like a fair price? If you have any suggestions concerning the design of the house, be sure to leave a comment below. Also remember we are more than happy to receive photos and information about our readers’ home! Simply get in contact with us and your crib can be featured on Freshome.

Nice house and layout. Love the indoor pool!! But, only 2 bedrooms? I guess the study counts as the third.

This is a house I would want to raise kids in. Awesome family home. Fun, livable and nicely designed.
