One of our readers sent us some really nice pictures of his apartment in Stockholm. The small space that this apartment features is not an impediment to living a very fulfilling life. With comfortable and natural colours spread across the 65 square meters space, the apartment is set on two floors. Located in a central district of Stockholm, called Södermalm, the place is described by its current owner as: “Maybe the best apartment for singles in Stockholm”. The penthouse apartment has both a terrace and a balcony that can offer beautiful quiet moments under the Stockholm sun. The interior design is minimalistic, using only a few important furniture items to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. White walls accentuate the simple Scandinavian style used to decorate the small apartment. The kitchen and dining area on the lower floor benefit from natural light coming from a large window overlooking the courtyard. The apartment is for sale here.

    No doubt, small is a relative concept, in my country a family of 5 persons can live in the same 60 square meters…

    In my town, 65 sqm is decent apartment. But, I also think is small.
