Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, this house you are about to see is situated at the border between great design and comfortable living spaces. Designed by Mark Tracy of Chemical Spaces, the Hurtado Residence plays a huge role in the life of its inhabitants – it gathers a collection of spaces that set a standard for future projects. From entertaining to surprising the guests with the exceptional layout, the Hurtado Residence has it all. An incredible 14-foot fireplace thrones in the middle of the living room and kitchen shared space, creating the perfect background for the Scavolini kitchen cabinets and metallic silver hardwood floors. Described by the designers, the residence looks like this: “The intent of this design was to create a modern, art-gallery-style space to entertain hip, young guests and partygoers. The 11-foot custom-designed aluminium front door opens to striped Italian floor tile, a three-story elevator tower surrounded with custom art, and a floating staircase trimmed with stainless steel.” Take a look at the pictures of the 10,000 square feet residence and try to imagine a better living space.
