Ultimate Luxury: Mind-Blowing $59,500,000 Mansion in the Cayman Islands

Ultimate Luxury: Mind-Blowing $59,500,000 Mansion in the Cayman Islands

Nothing short of mind-blowing, this opulent single family residence is located in Grand Cayman, one of the three exotic islands that make up the Caymans. And for a price of almost $60 million (as listed on Sotheby’s), one can only expect the unexpected. The behemoth building stretches over an area of 48,000 Sq Ft. /4,459 m2 . Compare this to a regular 100m2 apartment and you may just get a clue about just how atypical and imposing this project really is. Needless to say, the residence has it all. It includes amenities such as a 4 car garage, an outdoor kitchen, billiards and exercise room, spa, home theater, steam room, fitness center, wine cellar, an outdoor tennis court and many many more. And did we mention this was an ocean front property? If you’re much into opulence, take all these, add year-long sunshine and the lack of local taxes and you may get quite an appealing crib. Talk about ruining the beach view for everyone else!
How glad I am that I am not one of his rear neighbors!
Those poor palm trees look ill in that hotel lobby-like area.
Man-made monstrosity destroys natural beauty once again!

This is really lovely…if it were a HOTEL. It’s way overdone, and not worth the price as 1 family’s home. I can’t believe there’s a bedroom without a window in that house! That alone makes me question the price tag.

Grotesquely overdone. A paean to the ego of whoever is foolish enough to buy it. The wine cellar is nice. The rest is what I like to call a “B&B”: buy it and bomb it.

Rebuilding all the facilities you usually find in the city just prove the inability to socialize and the burden of wealth.
Why not living in an empty mall while you at it?

All of the rooms are way too large. The house is mostly empty, unuseable space. Frankly, it looks like a Scientology center. I’ll pass.
