We really enjoy seeing homes in which nature elements are integrated. Today’s home was renovated by Christian Speck of Formzone and has a particular and genuine charm. Located in a beautiful village in the Swiss Alps, this house combines modern design aspects with amazing rustic elements, creating an unparalleled atmosphere. Some of the rooms of these house are entirely contemporary, without any uncommon addition- while others have stone walls integrated and wooden rustic elements. Some of the doors are absolutely fascinating, reminding of the world as we know it from decades ago. The terrace is a place where the owners can enjoy the amazing views of the Alps, while having their breakfast at the beginning of the day. What does this home make you think about?

What a beautiful contemporary alteration that succeeds in repecting and preserving the existing character of the house.
Let me feel uncomfotable.

Good mix of natural and modern fusion design!
good mixture. they preserved as much as necessary from the historical house. maybe too much from the rough stones?
and i love the floor heating! (i assume that´s hor they´re heating the house, right?)
just the strange white bed in the woodden room is a detail i don´t like and it might be difficult to clean behind the bathtub.
