When you think of accommodation, you probably imagine a warm bed in a room with some other furniture lying around, a TV, a bathroom and maybe even some rugs on the floor. Today we bring you this unusual item that is bound to shake your vision of a hotel bed. The “Million Donkey Hotel” comes from Feld 72 and it is located in Prata Sannita, Italy. It was created as a community project which restored the link between two villages by “using” a few constructions that were not being used. This was appreciated as a”an exemplary project, which has secured the continued existence and future of a social group and a village.” The bed in the image below is located completely outside the walls of the building and it has a pretty good view. How do you find it?

I Love the idea,I want to experience but what if it rains ?
People suffering from fear of fall cannot go to this place. Also, what if it rains? And also, I can only see one bed. One room available only? Nice post by the way!
I’d love the view of distant lights at night and the sounds of the night, dogs barking, guitars paying, people walking along a pebbled street. Yet I’d find it uncomfortably cold, and what if some nasty person threw something at the sleeping hotel guest?

you can slide the bed inside..so if it rains, no problemo.
it functions on a kind of rail so it’s latterly sliding in/out…
the only problem is that you just can’t find anything about the prices of a night..
but that’s my problem..
