Being familiar with Surfers Paradise, the views from each of the windows in these shots reveal that this ‘Riverside Apartment’ is actually of a number of distinctly different apartments, many miles from each other, and most overlooking the Tasman Sea.
Whilst the first exterior shot depicts a low-rise building of no more than two stories, the third and fifth shots are clearly taken 30 – 40 storeys above neighbouring buildings.
The sixth shot doesn’t even appear to be on the Gold Coast, what with the total absence of urban lighting, anywhere within the entire vista.
Sorry Fresh Home, but your source has been duped!

    Simon,

Sorry to disapoint you but photos 1,2,4,6 and 7 are from Ephraim Island just north of Surfers Paradise. Was there a few weeks ago and it is awsome!

The photo that you refer to (photo 6) is looking towards Currigee(or Southern part of South Stradbroke Island).

I agree with Simon, Photo 2 is from Circle on Cavill (sister in law lives there) and view from window gives it away.. ephraim island does not have high rise views like that at all ..Photo 4 is also another surfers apartment again not near ephraim.. I am confident what i am saying as I live in surfers :)
