In an article published in the NY Times I’ve found some pictures of the ‘A Crowded Family Enters the Space Age’, conducted by Neil Denari expansion in Los Angeles. The house looks very modern, and simple, but the ony thing I don’t understand at these homes is …”Where is the privacy ?“. I don’t know how someone could live in a house where everybody at any moment can see your everything you do. Maybe someone can give me a clue.

Here is your clue big shot:
the house is located in a backyard! Maybe you should do your research before proposing generalized critiques of modernism (I assume the reason for your use of quotes in “where is the privacy”).
Part of what makes the house so cool is that, at the street, the facade of the left-in-tact Mar Vista house makes this fantastic addition an unidentifiable contemporary landmark; plus the contrast of its adventurous geometries by comparison creates an interesting vernacular historical dialogue.
