When someone is preparing to build a new house they actually have to wait quite a long time until the project is finished, but today I would like to present you a new technology that allows you to build a house extremely fast. This is a wood framing technology, originally from Japan, that I led the effort to transfer to the USA. Essentially a small group of untrained people can erect an entire house frame in 1-3 days, depending on the size of the structure. This kind of home looks awesome, but I’m not sure how stable it is.
