JW/G Loft located in the Flatiron District, New York, USA,  is a 3200 sf apartment especially designed by Rodriguez Studio Architecture P.C. for a young professional couple. The project consisted of a renovation (focusing on a optimum relationship between public areas and personal space) with the addition of an exterior terrace. As a result, you are looking at a spacious loft, with outdoor entertainment possibilities, as well as private places for relaxation. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, so even if the views through the tall windows are not panoramic, they are still captivating. An enormous living area, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms left plenty of room for the designers’ imagination. The overall contemporary feel is spiced up by industrial details, such as exposed ceiling pipes, a brick wall and metal poles, probably reminiscent of the building’s historical background.
