IKEA recently launched an advertising campaign that can be described as playful, fresh and ultimately appealing. The Art of Cooking follows the IKEA cookbook Hembakat är Bäst (translating into Homemade is Best) photographed by Carl Kleiner and consists of a few short videos (put together by the same artist). According to PFSK, the series is entitled “Art of Cooking” and presents small cooking processes done with dexterity, such as chopping vegetables, preparing sushi or espresso. The musical background and the effects make these short (“bite-sized”) films quite irresistible. IKEA products along with their costs are also being presented, but in a very subtle and unobtrusive way. Have a look!
