Casa Mirante Do Horto was designed by Flavio Castro and dominates its surroundings in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The main purpose of the project was to maximize the living surface while creating flexible areas and a good indoor/outdoor connection. The exterior of the building resembles a giant monolith with glass breaches all around. The facade is truly imposing and consists of large windows camouflaged by wooden screens. The garage is located below. On the opposite side there is a charming opening towards a small outdoor area for barbecue and socializing. The interiors are highly contemporary and diverse, housing impressive art decorations, aquariums and beautiful wooden furniture which creates a warm atmosphere. We particularly like the roof of the home which we consider to be a perfect place for relaxation and/or entertainment. What other details did you capture?
