The “Washup” is a conceptual design integrating a washing machine with toilette-flush. This new concept is a sustainable and space saving water consumption device that reuses the water that cleans the clothes in the washer to flush the toilet. The “Washup” is certainly a great solution for the problem of location of washing machines in small bathrooms, and I’m sure that this concept would be something that every small place owner will want. Last month we presented you the innovative Detergentless Haier WasH20 Washing Machine, a washing machine that don’t require detergent for washing clothes. Today I’ve found another innovative product from the washing machines industry. The new Airwash washing machine, a waterless washing machine. Not only does it save water (obviously), but you don’t have to dry your clothes since they don’t get wet in the first place, saving energy as well. A waterless washing machine that removes stains from garments within a few minutes, without the use of detergents. The AirWash, which won the ElectroLux Design Lab 2005 Award, uses negative ions, compressed air and deodorants to clean clothes; the form was inspired by the waterfall, which just so happens to be nature’s own negative ion factory. Mitsubishi decided to create a new home gadget that can save time and money ( less time = less energy consumed ), and they came up with world’s fastest washing machine. Mitsubishi Electric said it has made the first machine that changes angles automatically depending on the volume of clothes and function. This washing machine can wash nine kilograms (20 pounds) of clothes in 35 minutes and dry six kilograms in 145 minutes half the time of a traditional washer.Mitsubishi will put this washing machine on the market in May throughout Japan, although there are no plans yet for sales overseas.
