The 63.02° house was designed by Schemata Architecture Office, a house built at 63.02° to the road. The house in Nakana, Tokyo, was completed in December and has a floor space of 71.4 m2. Sharp angels are everywhere on this one of a kind rentable home that seems to have carved a place in the neighborhood. From these pictures the house looks very modern, but the space is very very small, I’m sure that in a house like this you’ll have to organise every inch. Finnaly this is a great example of how you can use a very small piece of land in a crowded city to make a place to live. - Via - Dezeen

The Ceiling Bookshelf is a great idea to store your books if your space is limited. As you can see a place that 99,9% of people don’t use can be used in a very practical way to store your books, and save a lot of space in any room. The ceiling bookshelf is an idea that can be applied quite easy. However, in order to get a book, you have to use a chair. Finnaly let’s hope that the ceiling bookshelf will not reserve us unpleasant and unexpected surprises, like a book falling from the ceiling. - Via - Apartmenttherapy

The Floating Drawer Bed is project made by Scott Sykor and he made this project because he wanted to design and build a simple bed frame which would allow him to conserve space in his room. The outer frame is made from 1×3 boards of maple and the drawer box is constructed using furniture grade plywood. The outer frame comes apart for easy transportation and the drawer set solved all my clothing storage needs. The most interesting part of this project is the illusion of the drawer set suspended in midair, a really cool effect that can draw a lot of attention. - Via - Yankodesign

The Kolonihagen Summerhouse was designed by Tommie Wilhelmsen of Stavanger, Norway. The Kolonihagen Summerhouse is a great example of how much can be done with small spaces. Personally I’d love to stay in a small but beautiful house like this, especially in weekend, and that’s why I call this house a little piece of heaven, because is a great place to relax. But let’s stop talking and admire the pictures. - Via - Treehugger
