For those who want things that are a little bit out of common, here is a great and beautiful example of how you can use illumination with style. Javier Henriquez and Sebastian Lara from the Mexican design studio eos méxico got inspired by the suburb afternoons and came up with this beautiful birds on a wire illumination. A simple design, but the effect is very interesting, and I’m sure that is not to much work to build yourself one of these. - Via - Neatorama

U Bend Shelf is a great example of an extremely simple design. A single bar that extends from the wall which will support your books in a discrete and stable way, the first of them being used to fix the others. The shelf is available in two high gloss powder coated finishes, black or white, and the price for this shelf is $95. I think that this is a great way to store some books in a small room.
