Today I’ve found an interesting piece of furniture on FurnitureFashionBlog, a two person accent chair designed to accommodate flexibility for group seating or as individually setup chairs. By placing the three chairs together, one can create a group seating configuration such as what you may find in a public place like an office lobby. The accent chairs can also be placed separately to create more private seating. The design is quite innovative, but not to useful unfortunately, at least from my point of view. This design is called Panta Rhei and is currently available in Dubai, Spain, and the U.S.A, and for more informations you can take a look here.

Last week we presented an interesting table designed by Marta Antoszkiewicz that can save a lot of space. Today here is another table from the saving space category. This new interesting idea it’s a seating arrangement that can utterly functional when in use and when put aside, it can add décor to any place that it rests on. The medium high chairs are made from dense foam while featuring a metal rail detail to give it a neat look on the top, in addition to a laminated top and spun metal support. This this seating arrangement is practical, and also looks awesome when is not in use, I like to call it “The Apple” table, because it really looks like a red, tasty apple. - Via - Thedesignblog

Protean is a modern flexible seating solution that allows you to change the social scenario of your space and is designed by Justin Porcano. The Protean chair can be arranged as a love seat with two end tables for romantic moments, and you can slide the chairs apart and create two separate seats with a table in between. Another interesting thing at this piece of furniture is that you can flip the chairs allowing the users to look at each other while speaking, like you can see in the last picture. - Via - Yankodesign
