Earlier this month I’ve posted about an Armoire with a Sticker, a great example on how you can use a sticker to change the look of an old or boring piece of furniture. Meanwhile I’ve discovered on Designspongeonline, an Argentinian designer located in Buenos Aires, named Lucas Rise, that creates incredible mural-like paintings on furniture that range from psychedelic to tribal-themed. His works are really amazing if you consider the level of details and time spend at a piece of furniture like this. Here are a few pieces that I liked the most, but if you want to see more you can check his portfolio here.

In the EM-SEC Technologies have discovered a type of painting that is able to block certain electromagnetic waves, like those of the WiFi or those of the moving bodies. So if you have at home, or at office a Wireless Network your information can be protected from unauthorized access by the use of their EM-SEC Coating System.
As hackers, identity thieves and even terrorists become more sophisticated in the methods they use to obtain information or inflict damage, this experiment confirmed EM-SEC Coating reduces the threat from electronic eavesdropping and blocks out electromagnetic interference for the protection of electronic data.
