Earlier this month I’ve posted about an Armoire with a Sticker, a great example on how you can use a sticker to change the look of an old or boring piece of furniture. Meanwhile I’ve discovered on Designspongeonline, an Argentinian designer located in Buenos Aires, named Lucas Rise, that creates incredible mural-like paintings on furniture that range from psychedelic to tribal-themed. His works are really amazing if you consider the level of details and time spend at a piece of furniture like this. Here are a few pieces that I liked the most, but if you want to see more you can check his portfolio here.

We presented here on Freshome all kind of wall stickers and wall tattoos that are a great way to transform any wall into something unique and interesting. Today I’ve found this interesting armoire over at Wildflower Organics, that I think that is a great idea for a room where you already applied a few wall stickers or wall tatoos on your walls. The kirei doors are made from the reclaimed stalks of the sorghum plant, bonded using a formaldehyde free adhesive. The gloss white laminate is GREENGUARD certified giving assurance that emissions from this material conform to healthy indoor air standards. Now the price for this armoire is quite expensive $3995.00, but the intent of this post was to get you the idea, and I’m sure that a similar effect can be obtained with less money if you want.

Seymour Home Office Armoire is a clever solution for a miniature home office, another great idea for small places. As you can see from this picture this small armoire has everything to you need in a small office. It also functions as a desk, storage and compartment to hold many home office needs without the fuss of a large desk. It also comes with wire management, accessible for internet or television and a hidden keyboard tray. You can buy it for $1,999 from Pottery Barn.
