If you are looking for a really cool bean bag then you should take a look at this bean bag that was designed by Chic Sin Design and looks like a hibernating bear. The Grizzly Bear Bean Bag looks like a real wild animal sleeping its beastly ass off. The Big Sleeping Grizzly Bear Bean Bag measures 51 x 70 x 103 centimeters and is rounded everywhere, except the head (which is shaped like a real bear’s crown).  It features knitted bear graphics, allowing it to mimic the animal’s furry hide better than usual printed upholstery.  Like any regular bean bag, it can function as a cuddly pillow, a comfortable chair and a foot stool, among others. Freshome presented dozens of cabinets in the last years,  each one more unusual than the other. These being said, we did not really expect to see this sort of design any time soon. Stuff comes from Marina Ralph and was presented at London Design Festival 2009. What this amazing locker does is that it modifies its shape with each new item you place inside it. This is possible due to the materials used to create it:  plywood, latex skin and sycamore. Not only would it be really fun to use, but the storage space is considerably larger than the average similar pieces of furniture. Well guess what-there’s more more to come, because designers working for this company never seem to get any sleep which is of course in our best interest. And, without further ado, we would like to present these elegant bubble lamps from designer Valerio Bottin. Perfect for large spaces, the Bubble lamp is truly imposing through its design and shape and once this item will be placed in a room, it will definitely become the highlight of that particular limited space. Designers at Nendo sure know how to play with ideas and create wild things-literally. The pictures below are taken in an actual house in Tokyo. The fact that the property is located on a riverbank and it had some vegetation growing on the external facades of the building, inspired the designers to come up with green separating walls for the interior also. “Moss House” is the name of the project and this is a creation that deserves its name.  Separating green walls with interesting patterns – things can not get more “lively” than this. Even though this is a fantastic idea- not to mention original- taking care of this walls may not be the easiest thing to do. -via Dornob

However what makes this product really cool is the idea behind it. I mean let’s face it- even though it seems like a given now, the idea of a carpet that shines like a light bulb doesn’t really crosses your mind every day.
