When you think of a room for children, what comes to mind? Probably a lot of plush toys, bunk beds, colors and small furniture. These elements are all here, in this fresh collection from Sergi, an artist from Barcelona with a strong passion for design. However, there is more to this interiors than that. The color themes, the beautiful desks and the exquisite arrangements express attitude and personality. Vivid and cheerful, these rooms seem to have the power of encouraging creativity, which is why we decided to share them with you. For more information, visit Sergi’s blog here.

This wacky bed was designed by Monica Graffe for Lago, an Italian company with a wide range of interesting furniture products. Letto Steps is the official name for the design, available for ordering online here. The material used to produce it was aluminum and the feltyou see on top is completely recyclable. The fact that the exterior of the bed is made out of movable components make it a fun furniture item. It is also a practical bed, because you can use the unusual design to store certain objects, such as an alarm clock or a book. Right now the bed is available in black and white, but the price is not listed on the company’s web page.

Dearkids is an Italian company that produces furniture for children. Founded in 1951, their experience made them so great at what they do, that we couldn’t help not sharing these lovely bedrooms with you. Pink, orange, purple, yellow and blue are the dominant colors and the overall impression that these rooms give away is “cute”. We particularly enjoy the arrangements on the walls (colorful butterflies, paintings, clocks) and all the small details : flower arrangements, carpets, beautiful mirrors, fluffy pillows. We will let you observe the rest of them for yourselves, not before we tell you where to contat the company.
