Carlos Gilardi designed the Mediterranean Pearl (La Perla Del Mediterráneo), an ambitious residential project located nearby the sea. As the name already suggests it, the house overlooks the Mediterranean Sea (Bay of Altea, to be more specific) and it opens toward the natural setting. A soothing ambience and the feeling of wellbeing encompasses the house. Wide terraces, wide glass panels, cut outs, the infinity pool that unites with the natural setting, give you the feeling that you’re standing on the top of the world, admiring the spectacle of life. Nothing beats this feeling. It empowers and charges with energy.

Exploring a modern, Mediterranean style, the architects have played with straight lines to obtain a flawless, subtle house design, looking to obtain the perfect balance between great aesthetics and better functionality. As the endless expanse of water stretches ahead, you feel the energy of the sea, its breeze and last, but not least, its strength. The house features three floors. “On the entrance floor,  there is a large covered parking space and on the inside, three bedrooms, all with bathrooms and access to a covered terrace and the garden. We go up to the main floor, with the lift or by stairs, where we encounter an enormous living room with a fireplace and at the end, a modern kitchen, Santos brand. We continue rising and reach the top floor, where the master bedroom with an amazing dressing room awaits us.”
