Paxton Locher Architects designed a spacious contemporary residence in Hampstead Village, London. The 6,500 square foot home was built around a highly modern reception room, the focal point of the entire project. Here is more from the architects regarding the structure of the project: “An open-plan kitchen with dining area adjoins the reception room at one end, along with a raised sitting/TV room. At the other end is a gymnasium. Overlooking the pool is the master bedroom, which has a dressing room and his and hers bathrooms. There are four further bedrooms: two beyond the gymnasium, each with their own sitting rooms and kitchenettes, with access to a small patio area; a guest suite on the first floor; and a self-contained studio / guest annexe with its own entrance, ideal for staff accommodation“. Moreover, the house features a party and media room, and an integrated garage. Enjoy the photos and let us know what you think.
