Beverly Grove residence was designed by David Hertz Architects and is located in Bel Air, California. According to the official description. the project consisted of a two-story addition and extensive renovation to an existing Buff & Hensman Case Study House and it was “successful in seamlessly integrating the design of the new addition in deference to the original architecture. The scope included a new third story roof-deck, a two-story addition, and the renovation of all existing grounds“. The exterior of the building is complex and imposing, with large windows creating an optimum indoor/outdoor relationship. Landscape architecture planning makes the pool adjacent area welcoming and perfectly suited for outdoor relaxation. The interiors are spacious, a feeling transmitted by the high ceilings, generous windows, and minimalist contemporary furniture arrangements. Do you find the layout of this residence practical?
