The Blair Residence is a lovely villa designed by Architect Bruce Bolander and integrated in a lush natural environment. Small and simple, the house seems like a wonderful retreat for a young couple or for a growing family. Even though from afar one may correlate the appearance of this villa with that of a traditional mountain cottage, as we get closer, modern architectural details emerge. The residence is built on two floors and the upper level features a terrace- the equivalent of an urban balcony if you will- perfectly suited for relaxation and enjoying the views the site has to offer. The mix of wood, metal and stone gives this place a unique feel and a contemporary one as well. The interiors are simple and intriguing, featuring modern furniture elements and minimalist decorations. Floor to ceiling windows ensure a great indoor/outdoor connection.
