The Compass Pointe House was designed by Sean Anderson of Progressive Concept Design, in collaboration with Kelly Deck and is located in Whistler, Canada. Made from local stone and wood, the house has an interesting and inviting exterior, with windows which ensure unobstructed views of the mountain peaks nearby. You are looking at a good example of modern living integrated in a spectacular natural environment. This residence has no less than five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and “luxury additions” such as a wine cellar, a gym with hardwood floors, a recreational room with a pool table, gas fireplace, full bar and plasma TV plus an integrated audio system with speakers in key indoor and outdoor rooms. The building also features a three-car garage and a generous play area that is quiet and protected. Even though this home is available for sale at a mind-blowing cost of $5,999,000, we truly appreciate its tasteful and subtle design.
