When it comes to photography, the world seems divided into two categories: Nikon and Canon fans. We are obviously curious to find out which one you like best and why, but before that we would like to present these ingenious and fun coffee mugs in the shape of camera lens. The designers at Photojojo say they got the idea for such a product in a restaurant where they were served drinks in a cup that reminded them of a photo camera. According to the official web page, both Canon and Nikon coffee mugs are available- it only seems like a fair marketing move- and they are equipped with an easy to clean, heat preserving, stainless steel lining. The designs also include a lens-cap lid, rubber-grip focus and zoom rings. We found out that the “Nikon” mug zooms when the owner twists its grip. We would love for you to have your say regarding this crazy idea and remember to let us know what your favorite camera brand is.

I LOVE these! I know a lot of my friends would too! I am a Nikon fan. We have had both, but it seems that Nikon lasts longer, with fewer problems!

I am an avid Canon user as opposed to Nikon. Both are great cameras, thinking of switching to Nikonperhaps. Maybe It would be a better idea to buy the cup though- a less expensive option!! Looks like I can put some more weight on drinking out of the taller Nikon cup too.Publisher,familyfirepit.com

these actually are a knock off from the canon units they were handing out at the Vancouver Olympics. those were fully branded by Canon, including box and packaging, and the 24-70 EF-L zooms like the Nikon mentioned.

Canon 24-70 is soo awesome!!! I shoot Canon but I frequently use Nikon macro lenses (yes you CAN use them). For shooting sports there’s only one choice for me and that Canon; Nikon does not make a long telephoto @ f/2.8 but Nikons are great for everything else though. Why? Remember in the late 80′s when Canon switched from the FD mount to the EF? thats why – it was to accommodate all the new EOS fast lenses with a larger throat, but they had to kill support for the old FD. Nikon didnt want to take this road and used the same ‘throat’ size for their digital systems (allowing users to use old film lenses on new DSLR’s). Unfortunitly it took Nikon 5 years to make an auto focus system for DSLR and Canon grabbed the market from that point on hence why 98% of sports photography is Canon (100% NFL). History lesson!
