Another Linnéstaden apartment got our attention today. Available at Alvhem, the loft is characterized by south facing living room windows and terrace, which ensures natural light all day long. Located on the 4th floor of a five storey building, the loft is a tasteful mix of old and new. Dark marble window ledges in all rooms offer an unusual place to sit while looking out the window. All the flooring of the house is original but it has been restored to fit in with modern necessities. By choosing dark tiles for both the kitchen and the bathroom, the designer created two beautiful spaces that accentuate the remaining space. The inner hall in the middle of the apartment is a space that is currently used as working area, but it can be transformed to suit your needs. A bedroom with a built-in wardrobe will keep you rested and happy and there is enough room for a double bed, a dresser and other small pieces of furniture. Cosy and comfortable, the apartment offers a relaxing lifestyle in the middle of the city.

This is truly stunning…thanks for sharing.
Delightful interiors. Airy, light and wonderfully decorated. I especially like the hallway.
This is absolutely wonderful!! I love every aspect of the interiors. Each place is fantastically decorated.
Thanks for sharing
The colors are so subtle and sweet, but I loved them paired with the wallpaper. The sofa looks like one I design at The Sofa Company in Santa Monica; it’s fun to see a style I work with consistently in another space around the world.
