Villa Kiani is located in Mohammad Shahr region, near Karaj city, Iran. The residence was designed in a highly contemporary manner by Makan Rahmanian and Kamran Heirati and features plenty of inspiring details. Built in a privileged location, Villa Kiani takes advantage of the 4,000 sqm garden surrounding it through its large windows and semi-covered spaces. This way the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces are minimized and the inhabitants are offered a chance to enjoy fresh air and beautiful views, no matter what room of the house they’re in. A generous pool contributes to this home’s overall charm and ensures an oasis of relaxation. The interiors are truly imposing, displaying impressive tall rooms and tasteful modern arrangements. this is by far my favourite creation ! when i grow up
, i will have one like this !
Why does it have to be imposing? Because its from Iran and everyone there is imposing or something??
@Syed:
The word “Imposing” here in the title means grand and impressive in appearance.
-M from Iran
This place is really beautiful. I remember seeing something similar at aliceindesignland.com recently.
Wow, imposing or not, I would give an arm and a leg to have a house like that!
Um, no. Because it has a concrete exterior without with almost no additional adornment, is thick and cubic, and is taller than the landscape around it. The description also calls it charming, impressing and tasteful, does that mean everyone from Iran is all of those? Don’t try to find racism where there isn’t any.
Those concrete walls are so thick that would probably survive a nuclear attack or any accident with some weapons of mass destruction. Aah, there’s a thought!
The structure of the building is fascinating. It looks gorgerous. Guess I can only live there in my dreams:)
Look at the materials of the building. Because of its large scale and modern style, nothing was more impressive than living in this house.
@ Andras:
You’re not funny at all and frankly your “joke” is disturbing. I don’t know about your taste in architecture but you sure have a bad taste in humour and jokes. Millions of people killed by a nuclear attach is no laughing matter!
-M from Iran
This HAS to be Ahmadinejad’s new house. If I was anyone but him living in that country I would be scared to death!
@M
Define ‘humor’, if you can, you sour man! Have you ever tried to make a joke? Ever? Millions of people suffer from being boring, yet it doesn’t matter.
