Envelope A+D from Oakland, USA recently renovated and redesigned this Victorian duplex located in Noe Valley, San Francisco. With an interesting black exterior, these stacked apartments could remind one of the Adams Family. We imagine this house looks quite unusual when correlated to its neighborhood context, but this is far from being a negative aspect. Its originality increases as one steps inside due to the vivid colors and uncommon wall paintings that can be observed all throughout this odd looking crib. A studio animates the first floor, while the second level houses the living room, kitchen and dining area. Accentuated hues of red and blue add some strong visual effects to this place and interesting decorating items can be found all around. Let us know if there is anything that particularly intrigued you .

The exterior of the house is very impressive but the interior is much more stunning and awesome….
I really like it. The exterior doesn’t look like it’s the middle of the big city.

Hi
I like the textile on the wall in bathroom in front of mosaic tiles… Can u tell me what textile is it and is it water proof also?
were those interior pictures came from the same house?
Somethig is wrong here- three of those photos are from another post on this website and clearly are not part of this house. The pink sofa, the white console table and the modern bedroom with deer decals are not from this home.
This is such an awesome house! I love every bit of it, especially the invader on the front stairs, so cool.
@Jared, looks like all the pictures are from Envelope A + D’s website:

This is my dream home.
Wow, they absolutely ruined the house. No appreciation or attempt to respect the original architecture or design of the house. Why didn’t they just buy a loft in SoMa? Reminds me of the scene from Bettlejuice when the family comes in and destroys the beautiful old house with all their weird pretentious modernist crap.
Love the “Pool Rules” sign in the shower! That’s hilarious.
