Elegant and Sophisticated: “The Lounger” from Hayon Studio

Here’s a beautiful furniture element you don’t see every day. From Hayon Studio comes “The Lounger”, a sophisticated wing chair- or should we say “armchair”?- whose shape breaks the rules in matters of chair design. Created in order to “satisfy those who have more classical tastes”, the product goes great in a variety of interiors. Leaving aside its good looks, The Lounger was meant to be a model of comfort and is said to increase the level of relaxation for its user with every passing minute of seating. This is due to its miraculous cushions located in the back and on the chair’s arms. A foot rest is also available, but not mandatory. The chair  comes in five different colors and it is up to the customer to chose the model that suits his needs. Which one would you go for?

Breaks the rules of chair design? This is simply a re-format of the Eames lounge chair, which is over 50 years old. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, I like the chair design but it’s nothing new.
