We found this intriguing looking bed on Rustic Furniture and thought of sharing it with you guys. Made entirely out of wood and also featuring an upholstered headboard, this type of unusual furniture could definitely become the focal point of any room. The ” Birch Tree Bed” has branches instead of legs which go way pass the height of the bed, towards the ceiling. It almost looks like a steady hammock, tide between four trees. We can’t help wondering what would happen if a sleep-walker were to have one of these. It must not be so pleasant to wake up and hug a few branches by mistake. It will be interesting to see a whole set of “natural” furniture like these, including a table and chairs set- perhaps even a low cost one? What do you think about this bed? Would you go for something like this in your home?

Intriguing, yes, worth $15,000, not sure. For that much dough, I think I’d rather have a tree house with a bed in it.
I kinda like, but hubby says… ‘he would have nightmares.. of owls.’ lol… I think it’s cool!

Yes its great. I could make one and sell it for 2,000. And still make a good profit
