Yarra House in Melbourne

From Leeton Pointon architects and Susi Leeton architects, Yarra House is a cosy, yet very spacious home located in Melbourne, next to the Yarra River. The surroundings of this house are not the only ones wich are peaceful, as the interior design inspires the exact same thing. Pale colors make for a frindly, “quiet” interior. A few elements of extra color, such as the painting (belonging to artist Song Ling) have the power of adding freshness and attitude. Outside there is a lovely terrace “spiced up” by stylish patio furniture. -via decoist

    love that staircase. the textured concrete inside is also quite excellent.

    Hi there,
    Marvin is right, the staircase is amazing! And I love the big poster of the manga girl in the fith picture in the living room. A trendy mix of manga and pop art. Any idea where it comes from ?

    this designs are trendy but not over the top .amazing.

    i am a furniture designer and builder ,did work in Switzerland over 15 years. And now I am herre in Melbourne fantasatic city. have a look at the webside and hope to here something from you. for furniture designs and craftsmanship
