Nice but I can imagine that it’s going to be a major pain when changing the sheets or flipping the mattress.
With the exception of the first model, these designs are ugly, obtrusive, impractical and probably uncomfortable.
None of these are Murphy beds. They are loft beds.
As Osbourne said, these are not Murphy beds. Murphy beds have a hinge so they can be stored vertically against a wall, in a closet or in a custom cupboard/nook when not in use.
How much weight is allowed per bed?
It’s kinda scary to live with the fact that one day you might woke up and find your self together with whole bed over the smashed computer and computer desk. 
i like very much that style of bed, but…. it seems to be bad for sex :S
what about smoke inhalation, from a fire?
Some of those corners look like a brain injury waiting to happen…
Having been forced into loft beds in college, I would like to advise anyone thinking about this that these beds make sex ridiculously dangerous, if not impossible. They also make climbing into bed after partying a deadly experience. And of course, hangovers and regular sick days are amplified by the difficulty of getting in and out of bed.
Overall- loft beds are not good.
Smart furniture isn’t a back scratching, vibrating, remote control holding recliner. It is an interactive, need fulfilling futuristic ice skating rink of the imagination.
