Lot 18 is a residential project design by Arkitek Axis, a company founded in 1989 who’s slogan is “less is more”. Their aim is to “give their client’s project a value for money, and at the same time create a concept identity in which both the clients and the company can be proud of”. Perhaps this goal is what also led to creating this ostentatious house deign and what made it a successful project. The building is shaped like the letter “U” and most of the rooms have a view towards the pool, which is located in the middle. It has three levels, spacious, opulent bedrooms and bathrooms and a dining room which is connected to the pool through sliding doors. We will let you admire the photos for a better understandment of the team’s work.

And,,, is wonderful, but please, no more endless stairs and hanging roof. Its better is you add a round panoramic elevator with glass door and roof. Keep the small stairs for emergency use only and all floor at same level.

Hi – really good web site you have put up. I enjoyed going through this posting. I had an urge to publish a remark to let you know that the layout of this website is very aesthetically pleasing. I used to be a graphic designer, now I am a simple employee for a merchandising firm. I have always enjoyed working with information processing systems and am trying to educate myself in computer code in my spare time (which there is never enough of lol).
