I have to admit that I love unique things, and things that have something unusual. So what do you say about styling your kitchen interior with LEGO pieces ? Two Paris-based designers ( Simon Pillard and Philippe Rosetti ) created the Munchausen LEGO Kitchen that centres around an IKEA kitchen island, which (over a week) they proceeded to cover with more than 20,000 LEGO pieces …quite impressive. The two have recently contributed a collection of T-shirts, cushions, wallpaper and accessories for the new French label Commune de Paris, 1871. Munchhausen was one of three initial contributors for Commune de Paris, 187.

This is pretty cool but is it really practical? Would anyone put this in their own kitchen?
I would if I could. But on the other hand, can only imagine how extremely disgusting my 15-months old son would make the table within a week. Kind of hard to clean between the LEGO pieces…
I really agree with @Kristin.
Think all that lego would hurt my eyes after a while!
this looks super awesome, but perhaps a very difficult table top to clean if spills happen between the little gaps!
