A year ago we presented here on Freshome a similar project with what you are going to see today. That post was called “Furniture Made with a Single Stroke” and it was designed by Aykut Erol. Today here is a similar idea, but that I think it looks much better. Designed by a designer from Tokyo, Yuppie Hippie - ” Single Line Furniture” is a a concept deign for a single line furniture used as an architecture station. For now this is just a concept, but I’m pretty sure that this concept would look preety good in reality.

Wow, that is a really innovative office design! Never would have thought to design a desk like that.
I guess my only question/concern is weight support. Looks like it would just be nailed into the wall, and maybe laying on top of some plugs. But to hold a person in the chair would be a challenge I think.
Very cool office design. I think my favorite desk light would look perfect in the space – Ninety Task Lamp from Luxo. I found a good price on YLighting.com :http://www.ylighting.com/lux-ninety.html
What a great design, I really like it – not sure I’d use bright yellow though, perhaps something a little more pleasing to the eye.
WOW! Love the yellow trims! Very COOL!
Yellow is said to be the color that brings out creativity and inspiration. So great having it as accent colors. It’s a really cool office, I’d like to work there
That is weird but cool at the same time. i want it for my new clubhouse thing where I can hold meetings.
