Hi,
I’ve been to Zante this year, on Navaggio (Shipwreck) Beach, and on the whole cruise around the island, but i haven’t seen anything even distantly similar to this house.
Don’t get me wrong, these pictures are from that beach, but house isn’t there. I have few pictures to confirm that. It seems to me that, this is only a concept house.

Our sources tell us that the house already exists but if you say you haven’t seen it, then perhaps it is still in a concept phase and should be built somewhere this year.

I’m sorry, but those renderings aren’t even that good… It’s just not real. Just think about it. If it were, close up photos of the house in the water would be amazing. but there arent any except for the poor rendering on top and the beach photo montage with the tiny tiny thing in the water.
