In these days it seems that there are more and more Iphone fans. You might be one of them, or who knows maybe you are browsing Freshome.com from your Iphone right now. Today I’ve found these handmade wooden iPod/iPhone docks let you charge or connect your media player to your computer. They are made from real cedar and other woods by the guys over at Woodtec. I think that that these docks look really cool and they definitely stand out from the typical white plastic jobbers that you see sitting on most desks. You can grab the wooden docks on Woodtec’s Etsy shop for $58-$82. – Via – Technabob

Sink or bath plugs have little to no design appeal. Until now. The Water Stopping Water plug transforms the utilitarian - let’s not be too polite about it – downright boring household item into an eye-catching even sculptural piece. The plug looks like a water droplet which then stops your sink or bath tub from draining empty of water! The ingenious award winning design is from the Lunar Europe Design Studio. You can purchase it from their website for 15 Euros.

What is it that exact thing that makes a home worth millions? It’s probably a subjective answer but since we’re here how about taking a look at this small apartment at Kastell Street 13, in Gotheborg’s Linnestaden area. Spectacular views, a mind-blowing interior and magnificent architecture, they’re all crammed in this 65 meter square apartment attic. Aside from its small area, the designer took on a very daring job of redesigning such a small place — and by the looks of it he managed to put a unique interior arrangement and unusual height planning to make the room more dynamic and spacious in its own miraculous way.

Meant to preserve its natural rock contour on its wall, a large and luxurious bathroom completes this attic’s subsistence as a home beyond ordinary. It’s located on the top floor (the 6th floor that is) in the middle of a friendly neighborhood and offered for some $400 / month to a very happy renter. – via
