Twitter.com Cofounder Biz Stone’s House For Sale

I’m prety sure that you’ve noticed the a few buttons on Freshome that allow you to share content on Twitter. Biz Stone, co-founder of the world’s new super power microblog, Twitter, has announced that he finally plans to move his residence to a new place. Stone actually announced the sale himself in a Tweet stating that it was “time to move” despite his affection for the pad, and a link for prospective buyers to view the official listing. Designed & constructed by Northern Califonia Architect – William Wurster, the modest sized home has a modern style and is easy on the eyes, with plenty of natural light. The 800 square foot cottage features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is located just above Cordonices Park nestled in the Berkeley Hills and is up for sale for the (relatively) nice price of $575,000. – Via – Reuters

This house is more than just a cottage, it’s of a highly-desirable Northern California architectural pedigree.

    A large house in a small footprint… truly a Wuurster one-of-a-kind.

We will be open Sunday 7/26 1-4pm.

Twitter Cofounder’s Cozy Berkeley Cottage For Sale Says:

[...] When Biz Stone wants to unload a little North Berkeley real estate, he simply turns to the micro-blogging service he cofounded. In a July 17 tweet, Stone announced it was time to move out of the cozy 2-bed/2-bath house and linked followers to a listing for the $575,000 home. The mid-century cottage is a small 800 square-feet, but it was designed by acclaimed California architect William Wurster, who used the home as his personal studio. [via freshome] [...]
