		<description>It doesn&#039;t look like a 50sqm considering the thickness of the walls! The use of natural light, split level loft style and simple material is very clever here; the gaps between those levels combine with the timber ceiling have &quot;cheated&quot; people to look upward which creates more sense of space. Nice design.</description>
